Monday, October 12, 2020 - Beppe Rinaldi's 2014 Barbera d'Alba is savory and resolved today with a heady nose of chocolate and dried herbs with just a whisper of dark cherry. The once-formidable acidity is now tamed, soft and supple texture, medium-light weight. To my palate this probably drank better a couple years ago but still brings pleasure today.
