Wednesday, October 7, 2015 - Light golden yellow in color. Forward & attractive nose of vibrant, ripe fruit aromas of limes, pears, figs & melons with lovely floral overtones with minerals, stony and a hint of grassiness. Light bodied with a good concentration of balanced & smooth texture, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of limes, pears & melon with lemongrass, stones & minerals. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present although it would be interesting to see how it continues to develop with further aging.
