Saturday, December 9, 2023 - The Sixth Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine (Houston, Texas): Retail $30. 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. On the lighter side, with barely a light straw perceptible and a shy nose of slight hints of caramel. Lacking sparkle but with good fruit and a lovely acidity on the palate, which more than makes up for the rather nondescript nose. Still, I feel this needs a bit more fizz. Excellent. 90 Points.
