Wednesday, January 14, 2009 - After 45 min decant and 15 of that in the fridge to cool the temp. I was still disappointed at the alcohol on the finish. The nose was full of strawberry, pepper, and flowers. Light to slightly medium bodied mouthfeel that showed clean fruit. Extended airtime helped with the finish. Hold.
