Saturday, May 6, 2017 - Chilled to about 50 degrees then popped and poured. Great nose of lemon curd, toffee, green apple, and figs. On the palate, lush without being overpowering, flavors of meyer lemon, butterscotch, golden apple, with hints of spicy oak. Racy finish with great sweet/tart balance. Great now, should improve over the next few years. Drink or hold. Best chardonnay ever from this estate.
