Sunday, November 20, 2011 - Colour: deep purple with purple rims. Nose: good dark fruit, rich. Taste: good dark fruit, with a hint of barnyard/leather and a whiff of mint in the finish, which has a medium length. Rich and full, medium to full bodied, with depth and good acidity. Compared to one year ago this seems peaking now. Nice if not optimal balance between fruit and ripeness. Very good Medoc! 88-89.
