Thursday, December 10, 2020 - With aromas of citrus, honeydew melon, wet slate, and petrol, this is a wonderfully refreshing, delightful Riesling that expresses its terroir in spades. Excellent acidity balances the residual sugar and the finish is long and complex. You just can’t keep yourself from reaching for more. It should age for another 10-15 years, but I don’t know if I will be able to resist that long.
