Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - Voici le roí - 3227/12672. Open from pnp in Zalto Bordeaux just gorgeous ripe but not too much so, red fruited, nuance of rose pedals and rose water, deep and mineral, a pond you dive in and emerge coated in dark chocolate, roses and jasmine. The holy grail. Thankful for this open bottle. May shut down this didn’t yet. Wow!
