Thursday, May 18, 2023 - In a really nice window. Tannins still have some grip (as you'd expect) but they're nicely integrated and secondary and tertiary flavors are starting to show through. Got the pedigree to last a while longer but beautiful to drink now with 30 minute decant to blow off the initial awkwardness
