Thursday, February 11, 2010 - I paid $20 for this. I'm floored by this wine. Cab typicity on the nose with a hint of perfume and wood. On the palate, MUCH richer than the bottle I had 6 months ago. Some cassis, spice and a slight pleasant hint of green. Not a ton of structure, this one seems to be on a fast path. Approachable, smooth - maybe those are characteristics of the '04 vintage, as this reminds me quite a bit of the '04 Keenan, both in style and QPR. Both leave me thinking "I could have a 6 pack of this for the price of 1 cult bottle".
