Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Golden in color in the glass with a small meniscus. Showing some age on the nose, with butterscotch and almond paste dominating, much to my surprise. Fantastic in the mouth. Vibrant lemon-lime and minerality mixed together, with those flavors lingering over a very long finish. Delicious. From a 750 purchased on release.
