Saturday, November 12, 2016 - Heritage 2016 Blind Wine Tasting Challenge - Grand Finale (Jean Georges Steakhouse - ARIA - Las Vegas NV): Tasted double blind. Floral and ripe orchard fruit with baked apple hints. Very long and powerful. Immediately recognized as white Burgundy, and incredibly similar to the Boillot '14 CC served at the prior blind tasting a few weeks back. Upon reflection I thought it slightly riper, so changed my answer from 2014 to 2012.
