Sunday, May 14, 2023 - After a three hour decant this has come round in fine style. Has a certain bucolic rusticity with blueberries and scorched earth to the fore. Tannins are present and rather rugged, perfect for muting the fat on a punchy bbq lamb chop. I thought I'd caught my last bottle on a downward slope but this appears in fine fettle with plenty more left in the tank.
