Tuesday, December 20, 2022 - Mission log 2022, drinking wine from the year I graduated high school. Loads of tannins and strung tight for a 23 year old zin. Heidi Barrett killing it like always for the long term. Most zone I’ve had at the 20 year mark start to turn into a port like style. Not this zin, can’t wait to compare to the 2000 and 2001 in the vertical I have.
