Wednesday, October 7, 2009 - The cork just came out too easy and was badly stained so I thought I was in for some trouble. I think the wine survived but was obviously impacted by the cork creating some harsher spice and more heat than usual. The finish was the better part. I preferred the recent '97 I had to this one.
