Sunday, December 19, 2010 - Saturdays at One - Volume 40: Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with fine and steady beading. Nose of cookie dough, apricot and yellow pears. Flavors of cherries, crispy yellow pears and tangy granny smith apples. Bright acidity, medium to full body. Drink or hold. 90.
