Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - Medium yellow color. Very tiny bubbles. Citrus nose with some slight salinity present – picking up aromas of ponzu and toast. Definite refined elegance on the medium bodied palate showing flavors of lemon, dough, and minerals. Very nicely balanced yet with plenty of energy. Medium length finish. Exceptional QPR. Excellent overall.
