Sunday, July 22, 2007 - The mousse from my bottle was clumsy, but the vinous nose of raw pasta, bread, and pear was nice. I found some solid acidity and minerality in the mouth, too, so I don't dispute that this is a clean and refreshing sparkler. Still, I think one can find more depth and complexity for $35.
