Wednesday, January 6, 2016 - Unfiltered & unadorned. Needs time & air to open up, loose the green & oaky aromas and come together. Strawberry, orange peel, cinnamon and pickled cucumbers on the nose. High but well balanced acid transferred into a light to medium bodied wine with quite some tannins, some fruit and not a super long finish. Perfect to pair with food. Light and easy to drink.
