Wednesday, October 20, 2021 - Nice nose of earth and minerals, with some dark red candied fruit. The medium ruby color matches the medium body, which has a noticeably tannic spine. More dark red fruits, an iron-dominated minerality, and a seemingly floral component roll over the palate. The finish is austere, but lasts for a good 30 seconds. It was even better the next day. I’ll open my other bottle 3-4 years from now.
