Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - Served blind. Clearly above all the other whites from tonight, opened by our host Ken. Light yellow in the glass.
Nose of beeswax, cream, lemon, vanilla, lime zest and honeysuckle florals.
Palate of a medium mouth feel, with wonderful acidity, lemon, stone fruit with a lime ending. Ken, this was one of the most beautiful whites I've had in the last 10 years. Thank you for opening this one for us, tonight. Beats the Aubert, hands down.....and I love Aubert!
