Saturday, October 2, 2021 - Premox-esque bottle variation with the 2014 Côte de Léchet as I've had several quite advanced bottles and several stunners from the same case and since none were outright oxidized I've rendered mixed verdicts on this wine. Tonight is a winner, fresh and crisp, with a lovely bouquet of white flower and sea breeze. Crisply textured, fine minerality. Very good.
