Sunday, November 5, 2023 - Someone observed if you don't like a Bordeaux, just keep it cellared and it will come around eventually. Some bottles of this some years ago were all tannic and pretty much undrinkable. This still is amply tannic, but it's not longer overwhelming. Some minerality, not a lot of fruit, some savory notes. It's probably worth seeing what a couple/few more years will do with the remaining bottles.
