Thursday, June 28, 2018 - Served after a 2000 Raveneau Montee de Tonnerre. This was a nice counterpoint to the Raveneau, very stylish with plenty of creamy oak, though met with good stuffing and electric fruit as well. Needed 1-2 hours to open and a good chill to show its best.
