Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Medium gold in glass. Nice complex nose. I did not detect any oxidation. Drank like a light to medium bodied, bone dry, saline Chablis with added layer of matchstick or sour/sweet minerals, and hint of lemon. Smooth and very balanced. Excellent alternative to 1er cru Chablis.
