Sunday, May 16, 2021 - Dark and dense without being heavy or muddled. Fragrant with luscious and forward boysenberry and juniper and dark cherry flavors. Tannins mild now, quite smooth and plush, rather like a Napa Valley floor Cabernet, as opposed to a tightly wound Napa hillside Cabernet. Feminine fragrance and athletic structure in a very appealing package. Quite different from the bulk of Malbecs from Argentina. More supple and Bordeaux like. Drink now with a long decant or cellar to follow its trek. Cork in excellent condition for cellaring. 2020 to 2026.
