Saturday, January 16, 2016 - Beautiful Pinot Noir with a deep structure. Clear ruby color. Aroma of cherry, plum and cornel.Soft tannins - first you don't notice them but then they develop nicely in aftertaste. Drank it within 3 days and on the third day it was still outstanding.Went really well with pork ribs baked in honey and mustard sauce.
