  Beautiful Pinot Noir with a deep structure. Clear ruby color. Aroma of cherry, plum and cornel.Soft tannins - first you don't notice them but then they develop nicely in aftertaste. Drank it within 3 days and on the third day it was still outstanding.Went really well with pork ribs baked in honey and mustard sauce.

  Slight chill followed by a violent decant air for 10 mins then into the glass. Darkish ruby with clear rim. Cherry raspberry lavender cinnamon and a touch of stem on the nose. Medium(-) slimy with a touch of green tea tannic grip at the end. Red fruits with lavender fennel cinnamon and rhubarb. Vibrant and fresh with a nice bit of grip. Had with salmon with Asian marinade I think it would be better with lamb.
