Wednesday, May 27, 2020 - Deep golden colour. Pronounced nose with walnuts, dried herbs, dry stone, dry grass, mushrooms and stable. Pronounced taste of walnuts, dried herbs, sea salt, dry stone, honey and butter with hints of smoke. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A very good and well aged Arbois with an oxidised touch, almost like sherry. Goes well with cheese.
