Small bottle. PnP and enjoyed over 4 hours, improves with every hour. Very oxidative as it should be, lot of walnut with a hint of lovage and curry, mouth watering acidity and medium bodied, very long finish. The Savagnin gets more dominant now, quite complex and superb with old Gruyère or at its own. Big step up compared to a year ago, 91+ , hard to beat it within this price level.

Deep golden colour. Pronounced nose with walnuts, dried herbs, dry stone, dry grass, mushrooms and stable. Pronounced taste of walnuts, dried herbs, sea salt, dry stone, honey and butter with hints of smoke. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A very good and well aged Arbois with an oxidised touch, almost like sherry. Goes well with cheese.

50% Chardonnay and 50% Savagnin. Savagnin aged 4 years "sous voile" (oxidative), Chardonnay aged 4 years in big filled barrels.
Small bottle, PnP and drunk over two hours at ~14°C (temperature matters). Very oxidative, lot of walnut with a mineral background, fresh and medium bodied, long finish.
Less complex than the Savagnin Tradition, but quite easy drinking for a Jura wine, very good now but may win with further cellaring, 88 to 89 points now, good price to quality relation.
