Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - 50% Chardonnay and 50% Savagnin. Savagnin aged 4 years "sous voile" (oxidative), Chardonnay aged 4 years in big filled barrels.
Small bottle, PnP and drunk over two hours at ~14°C (temperature matters). Very oxidative, lot of walnut with a mineral background, fresh and medium bodied, long finish.
Less complex than the Savagnin Tradition, but quite easy drinking for a Jura wine, very good now but may win with further cellaring, 88 to 89 points now, good price to quality relation.
