Thursday, December 16, 2021 - Pop and pour. Light gold color which seemed appropriate for its age. Expressive nose of grilled pineapple, butterscotch, and a touch of petrol. Palate is medium-bodied, silky with flavors of Golden Delicious apples and honey. Sufficient acidity to balance the sweetness. A pleasant surprise.
