Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Good pull on 10 year old cork and integrity good, no degradation. Very soft wine, could barely tell where the fruit was. Acidity more prominent. Cherry flavor also. Wasn't impressed and disappointed that this didn't live up to the hype. But the next day it got a lot better, exponentially so. Very polished wine now, fruit has emerged, wonderful balance. This wine has a lot of life left. Drinking now you will need a good day decant. These French 2005 wines have a lot of guts and require time.
