Monday, December 25, 2023 - Christmas dinner: Opened and poured through a filter. Decanted an hour or so in wine fridge. There was mold on the cork and the initial smell and taste was very funky. It improved hour by hour. If you have this, I suggest drinking now and decanting for 3 hours. It needs the air to blow off funk. Very evolved and in tertiary stage.
