Friday, December 25, 2020 - Decanted for about an hour before sipping commenced with a cheese board. Really nice after decanting, but be aware that there is a window of prime drinking. The last of the wine was consumed at about 5+ hours and it had turned to sour cherries. Don't be turned off by this, it's drinking great. Just be sure to enjoy after 1 hour and before ~4 hours.
