Saturday, January 16, 2010 - Light straw yellow. Medium intensity aromas in the nose but very complex. Tropical fruits, but not sugary, minerality, citrus, honey, grass, herbs. Whatever you say it's in there! In the mouth it is medium + bodied, not over the top. Fantastic, long and slightly bitter aftertaste. Fruit, wood, roasted nuts. Excellent wine. Has gained weight since it was first released and will evolve for quite a few years.
