Saturday, October 10, 2020 - Finally opening up. Dark, leathery and stony with sweet perfectly ripe fruit and brown spice. Ripe tannin and refreshing acidity. As in you wouldn't want any more acidity than this. Not the most delicate wine in the world, but very enjoyable. Another 10 years may be required to reach true peak.
