Wednesday, June 18, 2014 - Cabernets at their best (8 Danks street, Sydney): medium minus intensity aromas of bramble; quite wet, cedar, slightly green notes and toast. In the mouth the wine has ripe black fruit, liquorice, savoury, chewy and still quite tough tannin. Hmm. Needs time. Long.
