Saturday, April 18, 2009 - This is a stunning bottle of wine. Smooth as silk on its own with the trademark seaspray, oyster shell in the background. With a crudo of yellowtail with citrus this wine came alive. Cant describe everything I sensed, but this was a complete stunner for this burgundy neophyte. Gotta get me some more of this elixer.
