Monday, August 8, 2005 - Very much a gunsmoke nose to the point of being somewhat off-putting. Intense palate attack with beautiful bright acidity and meyer lemon notes. Ends up very soft and yielding with great finish and delicious mid-palate of mineral and citrus. Delicious overall, but the damn gunsmoke persists for hours even in the after tastes.
