On the palate, more dark fruit with a bit of mid-palate sweetness. While the tannins have largely (but not completely) resolved, I didn't find much of the olive, beef blood, or campfire complexity from our earlier bottle, either, so if this bottle was indicative, it's probably time to drink up.
