Thursday, February 2, 2017 - Seven month after Xavier's tasting note I cannot add a lot to his note.
The wine is very pure and and the ripe acidity makes the wine juicy. I (also) think this wine needs (at least) a year to blossom. Next wine to discover is the La Forest.
