Sunday, March 12, 2017 - At the beginning a little closed but it opens finely after some time in the glass. Stone, citrus, ginger, green apples and a little bit gooseberry. Yoghurt-like acidity, sea salt and nice notes from oak without being overpowering. Not as much chalky minerality as aspected but a higher complexity instead. Will definately develop further in the cellar - I was just to curious.
