Tuesday, June 27, 2017 - Very complex. Nut, flowers and stone fruits. Almost like a Cote de Beaune. I get a raisin & nut quality to this but with classic Chablis wet stone and iodine. Perhaps lacking a little fruit but that maybe due to youth and some reduction. In any case I prefer minerality to fruit in my Chablis so I'm loving this.
