Tuesday, February 24, 2009 - This is drinking really well. Very youthful and vibrant, with great acidity. We drank the rest the next day and it was just starting to get a creamy texture. Stony with watercress, lemon and and other white fruits. Long finish. Great with shrimp and asparagus stir fry.
