Tuesday, April 12, 2005 - Wine night w/ Phil (Gentile's): Wonderful resin and pine forest nose. Straw colour with great clarity. Salty butter and cedar on the palate with dried apricots and almonds. Creamed finish, but very drying. Delicious. Continued to hold and improve for a several hours. A beautiful example of the type and outstanding.
