Saturday, August 8, 2020 - 2nd of 3 bottles, I last consumed this wine 4 years ago.
Drank this bottle over 2 nights, it was vinous and delicious.
Citrus and raspberry fruit, alongside savory umami and chalky minerals.
The finish goes on and on, this is a very nice domestic sparkler. Drink now through 2022.
