Thursday, May 1, 2003 - Pale yellow colour, citrus and floral notes, with a slight mineral aroma on the nose. Crisp and fresh with hints of pear, apple, and a touch of grapefruit. Was very nice with pan seared jumbo sea scallops in garlic/white wine.
