Monday, April 4, 2016 - Clear purple. Fragrant nose of smoke and cedar. Silky palate with medium weight and a relatively austere finish. A delicious unpretentious claret which pairs beautifully with food. One of the reasons I love Bordeaux - even a mediocre vintage can still deliver so much pleasure.
