Thursday, June 14, 2018 - Pop and pour - This baby didn’t get decanted, just swirls in the glass (Bordeaux Somm. Riedel) ehich was enough to open this beauty up.

The first black berries (cassis, blackcurrant, blackberry etc.) then it moved on to red berries and some delicious aged hanged meat (that A4 graded Wagyu sweetness) with ever so fairly notes of tobacco and cedar. The iodine/medicinal notes were not yet developed.

This still has years to go, but has reached it maturity window now.
